Frequently Asked Questions
We primarily do web designs but have been known to make flyers, package designs, logos, posters, wedding invitations - hell, even an event or two. If it can be designed, we've probably done it and don't mind doing it again... you know, if you want.
Things happen two different ways around here - our 'norm' is 14 days maximum to receive your project, but we also offer a super special 24 hour turnaround time for projects that need to get done like three weeks ago.
The 14-Day timeline is best for our newbies - you don't quite have a brand identity yet, but you do have a logo and some colors you like. No problem, we can take care of everything else together!
The 24-Hour timeline is best for those who have an established brand identity - you have transparent logos, typefaces/fonts, a color palette and images ready to rock and roll with us to get the band together. Not sure if either one of these is right for you? Let us know and we'll be happy to guide you through what your brand needs the most.
Great question! Here's a sample of both the 14-Day timeline and 24-Hour timeline that gives a general idea of what happens during the time we're working together. We're proud to have a very thorough and collaborative process that includes multiple times for you to check in as well as check off on what we're creating as we go.
Here's our very transparent pricing page to get an idea of how much we're charging for projects with a 14-Day turnaround time. Our 24-Hour turnaround time (our day rate) starts at $3000 no matter what web design bundle you choose.
